• Should you require expedited shipping, kindly reach out to us directly for options such as UPS Ground, UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, or UPS 3rd Day. We are here to promptly address your specific shipping needs.

SHIPPING POLICY

• UPS is used whenever possible; however, should your order exceed UPS size and weight limits, “Common Carrier” will be selected to speed delivery to you

PAPER COLOR VARIANCE

• Please be aware that colors may vary between production lots, especially with natural tan paper, and these variations are within industry tolerances for printing.

RETURNS

• Call 866-416-1597 to receive an authorization number.  Returns must be made within 30 days and will incur a 10% restocking fee for returned items.
• Note:  Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on returned orders along with a 25% restocking fee.
