Our business involves the printing, manufacture, and ultimately tin tying of square bottom style paper bags. Industries we are involved in include (but not limited to) gourmet coffee, bakery, candy, gift, nuts, biscotti, and food mixes.

The materials we use for the outer ply are usually natural tan or white clay coat. Liners are glassine or assorted polypropylenes, depending on your product needs. Optional features include putting a window on the face of the bag, and tin ties on the top for reclosing.
Our bag machines have the capability of making bags in either a one , two, or three-ply construction. Standard size range from approx. 3 3/8 x 2 1/2 x 7 3/4 up to 6 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 16 1/2. Custom printing is done using a flexographic press.
In addition to supplying custom prints, we also have a stock program. These range from 3 3/8 x 2 1/2 x 7 3/4 up to 6 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 16 1/2, as well as a few window bags In 3 3/8 x 2 1/2 x 7 3/4 , 4 3/4 x 2 1/2 x 9 3/4 , 6 x 2 3/4 x 9 3/4. These are stocked in both Natural Tan and White Claycote with polypro liners. Tin ties can be applied to any bag.

CUSTOM WINDOW: 25,000 bags /size
